### **Job Summary:**

### **Key Responsibilities:** 

#### **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:** 
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. 
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers). 
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires. 

#### **Employee Relations:** 
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, conflicts, and performance issues. 
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances or misconduct allegations. 
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and engagement. 

#### **Performance Management:** 
- Administer performance review processes and provide coaching to managers. 
- Support career development, succession planning, and training initiatives. 

#### **Compensation & Benefits:** 
- Assist in salary benchmarking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. 
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. 

#### **HR Compliance & Policies:** 
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO). 
- Update employee handbooks and ensure legal compliance in HR practices. 

#### **HR Analytics & Reporting:** 
- Track HR metrics (turnover, retention, time-to-hire) and recommend improvements. 
- Manage HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and employee records. 

### **Qualifications & Skills:** 
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 
- **Experience:** [X] years in HR roles (e.g., generalist, recruiting, etc.). 
- **Certifications:** PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certifications (preferred). 
- **Skills:** 
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  - Knowledge of labor laws (e.g., FLSA, OSHA, Title VII). 
  - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office. 
  - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. 

### **Preferred Qualifications:**
