Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Develop Sales Strategies:
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Performance Monitoring:

Forecasting & Reporting:
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
- Provide detailed sales reports to senior management.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new markets and customer needs.

Sales Process Optimization:
- Improve the efficiency of the sales process through tools, automation, and training.
- Ensure the use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for accurate tracking.

Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Coordinate with product or operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Client Acquisition & Retention:
