Position Overview

Key Responsibilities & Job Requirements
- Model Development & Deployment: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world business challenges.
- System Integration: Architect and build seamless integrations between AI models, automation workflows (such as n8n), and enterprise systems (such as Odoo ERP).
- Data Pipeline Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and optimize structured and unstructured data pipelines for training and real-time inference.
- API & Backend Development: Develop robust Python-based microservices, RESTful APIs, and secure webhooks to expose AI capabilities to web and mobile applications.
- Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements (Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision) and evaluate how emerging technologies can optimize business operations.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming Language: Expert-level proficiency in Python and its core data science ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).
- AI/ML Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Generative AI: Practical experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
- Backend & DBs: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL database structures, and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).
- DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Docker, Git version control, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying models.
- Preferred Plus: Experience building custom logic, automated workflows, or API bridges within ERP systems or automation tools.
